Today was the cycle tour lakes tour in the Rhine Palatinate. Quickly planned the tour in Komoot and asked the Saturday cyclists who wanted to ride. Anne came cycling from KL. Together we visited the 5 ponds. It is a successful compilation of well-known paths that together have their charm. 61 km in fine weather. We live in a nice area.

Today we drive the lake tour. This starts for us Landstuhler am Silbersee. The journey took me over the beautiful Bärenlochweiher, where bathing is permitted again by far. But too cold this morning.

Today we were at the Vogelbach spring. Nicely laid out with a rest area and treading pool.

Today we made a family trip from Bruchmühlbach to the Motschweiher. It dripped so that you could still drive. But it was fun. On the way we met Peter, we were happy that he cycled a bit.

Today we drove from Vogelwoog to Seewoog, to Cafe Langenfelderhof and back to Vogelwoog. Bernd picked out another very nice tour for us. The weather was great. Great that we can all drive again.

Today we were again in Bruchmühlbach an der Elendsklamm. Angelika got me on it with her great photos of the "Legendary Forest Path". The beautiful Elendsklamm is an idyllic gorge with a small stream that ripples in waterfalls towards the Tausenmühle. We wanted to go further, but a violent thunderstorm was approaching. Just made it into the dry.

Today there was the round of the new path directly at the castle. Nanstein is a beautiful castle ruin by the knight Franz von Sickingen.

Yesterday we just wanted to do our normal little round of 3 km through the forest. Then we came across a new hiking trail. Signs Burg Nanstein Weg. That is of course very interesting on our round. So we followed the trail. Everything is very well known to us, but very nice as a combination. Grill hut, Bismarkturm, Krämerstein, the Jakobspilgerweg down towards Landstuhl and finally the Philosophenweg directly back over Landstuhl. The Philosophenweg back does not actually belong to the Nanstein Weg castle, the Nanstein Weg castle leads down into the city. But we are more of a forest hiker. Great round! Tomorrow we go the other loop at the castle. Who wants the whole tour:outdooractive.com/de/route/wanderung/landstuhl/burg-nanstein-weg-landstuhl/14603815or with me on Komoot:komoot.de/tour/207872834

Today it was Bruchmühlbach's turn again. From there it went to the Glan spring on the Höcherberg to Höchen in Saarland.
The tour then actually leads via Jägersburg. However, I spontaneously chose the single trail downhill at the outdoor glass source. Things get more demanding on a narrow path right on the water or through the water over fallen oaks and beeches. Everything very natural, as I like it. It's good that my cross bike has wide tires with tread. If you prefer to drive asphalt, here are the links to the normal tour:
