Tips
Between paths 5 and 11 (both from the Sponata refuge uphill point to Gardenaccia and downhill to La Villa) path 11 is the most beautiful of the two. It presents a gully between two rocky walls with a panoramic view, tiring in the uphill zigzags, but with many places where you can stop. Going downhill is not difficult, it just requires a minimum of attention.
