Son Bou is the largest beach in Menorca and one of the few on the island that faces the open sea. It is 2.5 km long and 50 meters wide and is located between the Cap de ses Penyes to the east and the Punta Rodona to the west. It has fine, white sand and gently slopes down to the clean and crystal clear waters of the Mediterranean Sea. From the shore you can see the Escull de sa Galera , a cliff that rises gently above the sea.Source and more info
