At the end of August 2022, the new footpath-pedestrian-bike bridge was swiveled in at Rehbrücke. It is 29 m long, weighs 8.8 t and has a clear width of 2 m. This means that 19 years after the old Königsbrücke was closed and 11 years after it was demolished, there is again a (legal) crossing to the hiking/cycling area on the other side of the Nuthe.

Unfortunately you have to lift the bike because the bridge is only intended for pedestrians. It is a pity that there is no crossing. Even people with walkers or wheelchairs cannot cross this bridge.
