As can be found in the region around almost every village, an old border path also runs along the slope here. In connection with the outdoor event "Northern Black Forest Trophy" (approx. 2018), which was held for the first time, this great path was partly made by the forester (it is significantly longer ) exposed.
Since then, the path has been easy to walk along the marked route "suitable for MTB" along the Hasenrain into the Kapfenhard valley.
