Mühlensee (Ankershagen)

The forest-covered, approximately 40-acre lake is next to the Born and the Trinnensee as one of the three historic spring lakes of the Havel. These Havelquellseen lie on the southern edge of the main end moraine of the "Pomeranian stage" of the Weichsel icing and originally released their water in the south adjoining Diekenbruch, from which the Havel emerges.

Here you can swim wonderfully to recover from the bike tour. There is a jetty and 2 ladders into the water. There are tables and benches on the bank that invite you to have a picnic with a view of the Mühlensee. By the way, anglers often have success here too.
