The Catholic parish church of St. Francis was built as north-facing hall building with south tower in 1893 in the style of neo-Gothic. Thus she replaced a predecessor, which was designed as a half-timbered church and was built in 1862. The inventory of this church includes a crescent moon Madonna, which originated around 1490 in southern Germany (Wikipedia).
