Hiking

The Guardian Angel Trail begins at the Tegelberg valley station and ends at the Tegelberg mountain station. Its length is approx. 5km and meanders steeply uphill for approx. 903 m. From the valley station you go through the Ammergebirge nature reserve. With its various display boards, it spans an informative range from hunters to the present day. This path offers breathtaking views of Neuschwanstein Castle and Hohenschwangau.
