Tips
An old railway bed runs through Egenhovenbos, which crossed the Voer over a stone bridge. The elevated track bed was constructed in 1845-1847, but due to collapse problems with the route further on - a tunnel under Keizersberg Abbey - the plans were stopped and another route worked out.
The raised bed is still clearly visible and a pleasant walking path through the forest.translated by
