Sirutiškis manor until the 18th century. called Panevėžys. 18th century at the beginning of the year, the manor was purchased by Simonas Sirutis, a reserve officer of the army of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania, who nicknamed the manor Sirutiškiu. 19th century at the end of the year, the manor passed to Count A. Komarovskis, who built a modern-style palace - a two-story brick, Art Nouveau style - from the income from the gravel quarry operated on the territory of the manor. They were surrounded by a mixed-type park of coniferous and deciduous trees (6 ha), the main part of which with access to the palace is located on the high terrace of Nevėžys. The park is full of old trees - oaks, European larch, ash, and maple. In the northern part of the park, an avenue of fir trees leads to the manor cemetery, where its owners are buried.
The palace suffered a lot from the storms of history, but the rhythm of curved lines and abundant ornamentation characteristic of this style remained. Now the park is maintained, but the palace is in a state of emergency.
