Poet, writer, Nobel Prize laureate Česlovas Miloš (1911-2004) was born in Kėdainiai district, Šeteniai, in a modest Kunati manor in the picturesque Nevėžio valley in 1911. Although he later lived far from Lithuania, he never lost the spiritual connection with the places of his childhood, he described the images of his homeland in the famous novel "Isa Valley". Isa is a Cancer. in 1995 the Česlov Miloš Birthplace Fund was established, the modern Česlov Miloš Residential Conference Center was established in the restored manor barn. Currently, it belongs to Vytautas the Great University. The expositions tell about the life of Česlov Miloš, his most important stages, his work, his native Nevėžis valley, the books collected in the library by Česlov Miloš and published about this creator. The Nevėžio valley is decorated with sculptures dedicated to Česlov Miloš and his work. Seven book-shaped stands have been created: the poet's books seem to grow out of the ground, testifying to the fact that it was this area that matured the world-famous creator.
