The 200th anniversary of the 18th century mill where the poet miller Marie Ravenel once lived has been celebrated extensively by the inhabitants of Manche, who are deeply attached to their language and traditions. After a lengthy restoration, the mill has the thatched roof, the large wheel and all grinding parts back. During the tour it is shown how the mill grinds wheat into flour.
