Canadian Liaison Officers Bicycle Memorial, Bernières-sur-Mer

The memorial in Berniéres-sur-Mer is reminiscent of the Canadian Forces of the Third Canadian Infantry Division, which landed here on June 6, 1944, with the Allies' allies. The bicycles belonged to the soldiers' equipment.
