The mausoleum was built in 1904 for Adolf Buchholtz by his wife Adela, designed by Hugo Kuder from Warsaw.
The chapel is located on the former Evangelical cemetery located on the northern side. side of the road from Białystok to Supraśl, in its eastern part. parts. Neo-Gothic. Built on a rectangular plan, made of brick and faced with sandstone. A rectangular shape covered with two gable roofs intersecting at right angles, topped with a pinnacle decorated with gables, flowers and frogs on the edges of the turret. Facades with triangular gables topped with flowers and decorated frogs; fields of peaks decorated with arcades. In the side walls there are pointed windows with tracery, filled with stained glass; facade with a decoratively designed portal closed with a pointed arch, framed by columns and archivolts decorated with plant tendrils and frogs. The tympanum is filled with a mosaic with a bust of Christ. Above the portal, it is decorated with wimperg tracery. The rear façade has a small avant-corps, adjoined on both sides by arcaded cloisters.
