Cemented and white-painted brick chapel, located on the street side and surrounded by three chestnut trees. Rectangular floor plan with vestibule and semicircular apse; gable roof (artificial slate). Presumably from the 19th century; an inscription above the door indicates a repair or restoration: "For you Mary / renovate Lutselus & Gaatsbeek / this beautiful altar of rest". Round arched windows on each side and a rectangular door. Mobile: Madonna statue, 18th century; Statue of Saint Roch, 17th century.
