Hiking
The Chapel of Saint Martin is located in the street leading to the Vrbnik Statute Square, near the town gate. The chapel was built and restored in 1561 by priest Martin Vitezić, as evidenced by the plaque written in Glagolitic script. Over the years the chapel has fallen into disrepair, and in 1891 it was renovated by Dinko Vitezić, doctor of law and deputy in the Vienna Parliament, who was buried here in 1904. Vatroslav Jagić, a well-known Slavist and friend of Vitezić, also composed a Glagolitic inscription.
