Location: Pietracamela, Teramo, Abruzzo, Italy
From Campo Imperatore (you can reach it either by car or cable way) trail to Pizzo Cefalone (2.533) the highest peak of the western part of Gran Sasso d'Italia, the seventh of the group. Great 360° view of the surrounding and in particular of Corno Grande and Corno Piccolo.

Beautiful route.
However, if you are susceptible to vertigo you should do it while there is a layer of clouds.
