Great dirt trail parallel to Big Hill Lookout Rd west of Icehouse Reservoir, unfortunately as of 2022 still not on the Komoot/OSM map. It is visible on the Forest Service map, if you use another app like Locus or CalTopo. Be aware that it is labeled also for Mountain bikes, so on weekends you might encounter bikers, but it is double-track wide, so easy to pass by.
