The Seekamper Seewiesen were formerly used for agriculture. Between 2006 and 2011, the areas were rewetted and gradually developed into a species-rich wetland. Many species of birds such as geese and ducks or coots find ideal habitats here. A footpath leads over a wooden walkway, from which one has a wonderful view of the water surface and which water birds can observe from close proximity.

Tip: Shown on the komoot map as a moor, but for years this lowland has been permanently flooded with corresponding fauna and flora, which makes this wooden footbridge interesting for hikers.
