Klevagjelsbrua is just one of many names for this bridge. Coming from Finse it seems very unspectacular, from Myrdal with a view of the waterfall quite spectacular. In the novel "The Bridge Builders" by Jan Guillou, the engineer Lauritz Lauritzen is allowed to build this bridge after having previously demonstrated his skills on three bridges at Hsugastøl.

Also interesting: A German Lauritz Lauritzen was born in Kiel in 1910. Later he was an SPD politician and from 1954 to 1963 mayor of the city of Kassel (hence my reference to the name). He died in Bad Honnef in 1980.
