It occupied part of the prison site and was built in the mid-19th century. Also made in ashlar masonry and divided into two bodies with molded inset openings. Both the clockwork body and the bell tower are from 1878, in an eclectic style. Possibly its design is due to the architect Jorge Porrúa.

The town hall is located in a beautiful central square in La Carolina. It has numerous banks, a kiosk and a couple of bars.
