After a test run lasting several days, a small café was officially opened in July 2021 next to the boat station at the Schwanenteich in Zwickau. "Bacaru" is the name of the shipping container converted by Krauß Event - the abbreviation for bar, café and rowing.

Open daily in summer. The offer ranges from soft ice cream and a sausage in a batter to coffee, cake and alcoholic beverages.

From November 2nd, 2022, the range of food and drinks will be expanded. The menu also includes mulled wine, warm apple strudel and roasted almonds. Only ice cream disappears from the range. Open Wed-Sun from 11 a.m.
