This section is scenically really beautiful and should definitely be included in the tour. It's very, very rough for racing bikes, but doable - it certainly won't be a Strava section.
Easy to ride with a gravel bike, with a mountain bike anyway.

JULY 2018 - Currently hardly passable!
CAUTION!!
Racing bikes should definitely avoid this route at the moment and it's no fun with a gravel bike either! Apparently there have been some torrents recently due to a lot of rain, which have washed up large stones and left holes in them. These holes were then filled with sand and grit, so that it is slippery next to the potholes and the thick stones.
So better take more time than usual for this beautiful route! :-)

April 2019 - Passable again
The original tip applies again: Gravel bikes will love the section again - not racing bikes, but maybe doable - but still nothing for wimps.. uh happy natures.... :-)
