High above Georgenthal, hidden in the rocks of the Thuringian Forest, lies the Dragon's Nest – the legendary nest of the dragon once defeated by Saint George, the Dragon Slayer. But its legacy remains: a glowing red egg that still rests deep in the rock and glows at dusk, visible from afar – like a heartbeat from another era.
📍 Tip: Particularly mystical in fog or in the evening sun – a place where legend and landscape become one.
