Beautiful train station located on the Rennsteig, which is also used on the weekends with the EB or STB. So you can start your tour from here. There is also great gastronomy in the old station hall. It's worth resting here.

Rennsteig station is a must-see. It is easy to get to via the "Laurabahn" route. Tip: You have to pay to use the toilets there - unless you drink a coffee. With your receipt you can then use the toilet. So first coffee - then toilet.
