The estate, owned by the Peinadors, had a large garden designed by the French gardener Darier: behind the Grand Hotel there was an orchard with abundant vegetables crossed by paths, some covered with vines. At one end, the greenhouse. The main facade overlooked a park with rustic benches, avenues of large lime trees, catalpas, maples and acacias along with exotic bushes and plants.
