The Col du Marchairuz is a mountain pass in the Swiss canton of Vaud, which connects the towns of Le Brassus and Bière over a length of 18 kilometers. The pass is at 1447 m above sea level. From Saint-George, an equivalent road (the Route du Marchairuz) leads from the south up to the pass road, which it reaches about 3.6 km before the pass. The Col du Marchairuz connects the La Côte wine region on Lake Geneva with Lac de Joux in the Vallée de Joux high valley all year round.
