Hiking

A medium-sized Celtic quadrangular hill with an area of 100 x 105 meters is located here in the middle of the forest in Röserhau. You can walk along its clearly recognizable rampart. There is a relatively large hump to the northeast.
The redoubt dates from the late Celtic period and is dated to the 1st or 2nd century BC. dated.

Hiking

The Celtic square enclosure in Röserhau is an important archaeological monument near Nattheim. Square enclosures like this are interpreted as remains of permanently inhabited Celtic manors or as the center of rural settlements, partly also as cult sites. The enclosure is a protected monument and accessible as part of forest walks. Interesting and worth knowing as a monument. But unspectacular to walk through. Lots of undergrowth and not even a small seat at the Hülbe. But it would be suitable. The Hülbe is relatively large.
