Mogrovejo is a small village located in the municipality of Camaleño. A few years ago it had only 44 inhabitants. Perhaps this is why it has so much charm.

It is located on a plain at an altitude of 640 meters. The views towards the Ándara massif behind it are amazing.

Located at the foot of the Eastern Massif of Picos de Europa, it is surrounded by lush oak, holly and chestnut forests. In addition, the town has earned the nickname ''Heidi's Town'' because it was chosen as the setting for the filming of the movie Heidi, Queen of the Mountain, directed by Bhava Talwar.
