Typical Allgäu: some stretches are tough, and the weather doesn't reward the effort. From Niso, it's really tough, but after Diepolz, it's all uphill. The mountain views are rarely perfect, but the route is still worthwhile, and the traffic is manageable. The alpine pasture in the mountain farmer's museum is smaller than expected, but the offerings are sufficient, and my usual sausage salad was delicious. Don't take the following seriously.
