There are two platforms in Ořechov, on the outside of the tracks.
Access to the opposite platform via an underpass and stairs.
The underpass is accessible to the other side and also serves as a path between the villages. There are also marked hiking trails leading to them.
No services at the station.
Platforms are level and clear, shelters. But no departure board or announcement. Just a paper timetable.
Parking space in front of the station. There is also a bus stop at the station.
