In the second half of the 16th century, the original Gothic castle was transformed into a Renaissance castle with arcades on the first floor. At the same time, a system of ponds was created around the castle, which is still typical for the area today. The castle got its current baroque form after a fire in 1710. An English park was established in the 19th century, which also includes an orangery. Today, the castle is undergoing reconstruction, only the park is accessible. Entrance: Osová Castle is not normally accessible to the public during the reconstruction. However, if you would still like to see at least its surroundings with a picturesque landscape full of forests and ponds, you can find the way to the castle below. In case of serious interest, it is possible to arrange a visit by phone.
