The Marmot Trail leads from Lac de Savine via Lacs Giaset back to Lac Perrin. The path is significantly more demanding than the path through the valley, sure-footedness and a head for heights are required. Just before Lac Perrin Superieure there is a small climbing area, up one rock step.
