It dates back to the 13th century - frescoed before the renovation which took place in 1972, the structure is built with a mixture of pietra serena and travertine.
The small bell tower supports a bell from 1698 ..... it was rung during bad weather to protect the harvest.
In the foundations there is a small ossuary ...
