This rest area is on the L3288 road between Dilschhausen and Caldern. From this rest area (with barbecue hut) you have a very good view of the Lahn Valley and the Rimberg with its lookout tower. From the Rimbergturm you can see both the Feldberg in the Taunus and the Wasserkuppe in the Rhön with very good visibility. See also here:
