The section is not paved and it is only a narrow path.
It leads through a beautiful landscape, very quiet and almost untouched around De Duivelskull. It's a bit sandy at the north end of the section, but if you stay out of the way it's ok.

Cycling

If you leave the designated long-distance cycle path coming from the east, you can simply drive straight ahead and you will cycle through a very quiet area. The path is not paved, but is passable before you get to a small door. Behind the little door it gets slightly sandy and the path narrows. To compensate, you drive through one of the most beautiful corners of the entire national park, past the Duivelskull.
