Actually, the route is very nice to drive from both directions. My highlight, however, is driving from Ramsen in the direction of Göllheim. If you get the right day of the week, you can stop at the Göllheimer Häuschen about halfway along the route and take a break. At the fork in the route, you can either drive straight down to Kerzenheim via Rosenthal Monastery or stay on the road and continue to Göllheim and get another great panoramic view of the Donnersberg.

My favorite: from Göllheim to Ramsen. Former Stoppomat route from Göllheim (for the over 40 drivers 😁)
The descent to Ramsen has a few fast bends, at the very end, the last 200m, in the village: slow! Very bad topping! (08-2022)
