HAVING REGARD TO the request dated 01.22.2014 (our prot. 41604 dated 01.30.2014) with which the company Municipality of San Michele al Tagliamento requested the concession of the state water property to maintain the cycle-pedestrian path on the right bank of the Tagliamento for a total of m 26,457 from “Villanova della Cartera“ to “Bevazzana“ in the Municipality of San Michele al Tagliamento;
CONSIDERING the vote n. 12 on 02.18.2013 with which the Decentralized Technical Commission set up at the Office of the former Civil Engineers of Venice expressed a favorable opinion on the release of the concession in question;
CONSIDERING that the Municipality of San Michele al Tagliamento has signed Regulation no. 1779 of rep. on 03.17.2014, having also paid the amount of Euro 1,731.07, equal to the first installment of the fee for the year 2014 (see Regional Decree no. 1895 of 06/24/2003) and set up the definitive deposit of the amount of Euro 1,731.07;
CONSIDERING the Legislative Decree 03.31.1998 n. 112;
CONSIDERING the Regional Law 13.04.2001 n. 11;
HAVING ASSESSED the regularity of the documents presented;

ART. 1 - It is issued to the Municipality of San Michele al Tagliamento with headquarters in Piazza Libertà 2, San Michele al Tagliamento, tax code 00325190270, the concession of the water state property to maintain the cycle-pedestrian path on the right bank of the Tagliamento for a total of ml. 26,457 from “Villanova della Cartera“ to “Bevazzana“, in the Municipality of San Michele al Tagliamento, on the basis of Regulation n. 1779 of rep. on 17.03.2014 .
ART. 2 - This decree will be published in its entirety in the Official Bulletin of the Veneto Region and is subject to publication pursuant to art. 23 of the legislative decree 14 March 2013 n. 33.
ART. 3 - The concession has a duration of 30 (thirty/00) years, starting from 01.01.2014.
