Approx. half. In the nineteenth century, the first manor house in Rajkowo of unknown forms was built, as well as the spatial layout of the farm and the associated residential colony. In 1879 a certain F. Wegner is mentioned as the owner of the property, and from 1890 O. Heyer. The latter extends the farm with new farm buildings and erects quarters for farm workers.
In the years 1905 - 1945 the farm was owned by Friedrich Keunecke. During his reign, the estate reached the peak of its glory, reaching an area of over 300 ha. Mainly cows and pigs were bred at that time, and sugar beets were grown for the needs of the nearby sugar factory. In the times of Keunecke, on the site of the former manor, a magnificent baroque mansion was erected, with a compact two-story body, covered with a mansard roof. The author of the palace built in 1907 is an architect from Löcknitz - C.A. Schmidt. At the same time, the former manor garden was transformed into a small landscape park with a decorative pond and a fountain.
