Well maintained and quiet parking space, which is also open to caravans, right on the Oste. Fur noses may of course with. From here you can go on various bike rides. Both the Kedingener and the Dithmarscher and the Old Land are not far away. In Balje you have access to the ElbeRadWanderbus. This drives to Stade and Finkenwerder. From here you can take a barge to Teufelsbrück (Hamburg) and cross the Elberadweg on the other side of the river, or just a part of it, to visit the Treppenviertel in Blankenese or the Elphie.

If that's too far, cycle along the Elbe to Cuxhaven (island Neuwerk, old fishing port with delicious fish dishes, Kugelbake ....).

Of course you can cycle along the Oste or into the hinterland ....

On the WoMo / WoWa parking space are not only well-kept toilets and showers, but - off the beaten track - a fun golf course. A connecting path leads to a "Tante Emma Laden" which has additionally baked cakes, dairy products from a farm and fresh bread rolls.

Also within walking distance is the brewery Alt Neuhaus. In addition to home-brewed beer, which is only sold here, there is also absinthe.
