Ruckelpiste really hits it! Going uphill with a Bio must be quite a torture! I found it really modest even with E. The section is about 900 meters long and overcomes about 90 meters in altitude. (So an average of 10% incline). The shortest way from the Nienstedter Pass up the Kammweg, but not the most pleasant.
