Here, the landscape widens into open wet meadows, which are also grazed by water buffalo. These mighty animals keep the areas clear, thus contributing to the preservation of the species-rich meadows and reed beds. You cycle along quiet paths along the edge of the meadows, with beautiful views of the lake opening up between dense clumps of trees before the route continues towards Blumenholz.
