The Hofstattalm is 1350 meters above sea level. The large terrace looks very inviting. The benches are upholstered with sheepskin. Here, of course, there are the South Tyrolean specialties such as Knödeltris (spinach, turnip and cheese dumplings), Schlutzkrapfen (filled pasta) and Kaiserschmarrn. While the adults sip espresso, children can let off steam in the large playground next to the Alm. You can relax on wooden deckchairs, which are spread out over the meadow. Even if the weather is not so good, a stop is worthwhile. The Alm is rustically cozy inside and inspires with a mix of tradition and modernity.
