The Schloßbrauerei Schwarzbach is a limited liability company and, according to its own description, the oldest brewery in the Thuringian Forest, and refers to a brewing tradition in Schwarzbach that was first documented in 1400. The construction of a brewery is documented for 1720.[1] The brewery is regionally known in Thuringia and Franconia for its specialties Raubritter Dunkel (a dark beer) and Sonnen-Weiße (the only wheat beer brewed in the region). In addition, light beer (Pils), a dark double caramel, a nutritional beer variant with little alcohol (1.9%), sugar and yeast, a Bock beer and various lemonades are brewed.Source:de.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Schlo%C3%9Fbrauerei_Schwarzbach
