Panoramic View of Valle di Cadore

This segment of the cycle path between Pieve di Cadore and Venas di Cadore is part of the long Via delle Dolomiti. It is particularly suggestive as it offers panoramic views of the Cadore Valley.

From Cortina to Pieve the Cadore cycle path on an old railway line. Approximately 35 km with almost no crossings, mostly slightly downhill with a spectacular mountain backdrop.
With beautiful small station buildings.

In a few places, the cycle path follows the road instead of the original train route. October 2020 a lot of construction work on mountain streams on the occasion of Cortina 2021 Ski World Cup (or something like that).
