Trail to the Weißquelle and Stiefel Stollen

Beautiful single trail off the Rothaarsteiges. Is rarely frequented by hikers and ends in Wilgersdorf on the street "In der Grobe". From there it is about 1.5 km and 150 Hm really steep uphill to the "Briedoffelsloch" and continue to Rothaarsteig. Initially tarred, go after the barrier (Wilgersdorf waterworks) on gravel. It is all sitting in the saddle to master (good condition and strength endurance provided) and you have to be for the single trail not a crack to cope with this. Only after rains you should drive a little more cautious, because then the trail is pretty mushy and the roots halt according to slippery.

Nice descent from the cold pond to Wilgersdorf with highlights such as spring and gallery. Nice to drive in dry weather. Great "bend" over the trickle 😉.

Quite bumpy at the beginning where the forest machines were working. After that it runs smoothly.
