This trail leads along "halfway up" the Mühlschartenkopf above the driveway on the Halblechs. Coming from the east from the Halblech Valley, it first leads as a reasonably good forest path to an abandoned quarry, before continuing as a single trail. As it progresses, it becomes rockier and resembles a stream bed for the last hundred meters, even if the Bärenbrabenbach flows right next to it. Attention, if the weather was bad the days before, this piece is very soft. The path then leads through the creek to continue on the western side as a beautiful forest trail with few roots and shortly afterwards to change back into a forest path that leads to Halblech.

Attention on the driveway: expect steep ramps on both sides!

A short trail section. All in all a nice alternative to the descent along the Halblech. You have to crank it up a bit from the bridge, but then you always have nice views. And of course this wild corner here! But watch out, after the trail it's roughly gravelly and initially very steep down to Halblech. You should be able to handle the brakes well.

Very beautiful, really adventurous. In my opinion it's best to go from right to left, the ramps are steep but doable.
