The NSG Schandental offers the conditions for a rich flora and fauna. Lt. Swabian Albverein were detected here 273 plant species, 70 butterfly and 77 species of birds.

Hiking
Peaceful, small and pretty valley with continuous railway support. The little Zügle does not drive very much and even seems a bit nostalgic, so that it does not have a disturbing effect during a hike through the valley.
