The Lenninghausen estate, located on the northern edge of the Iserlohn urban area in the Drüpplingsen district, is known for its historic Bimberg grain distillery and its picturesque location above the Ruhr Valley. The estate, which has been owned by the Bimberg family since 1811, includes a grain distillery that has been in operation since 1858 and is a listed building. In addition to the distillery, the estate also offers a restaurant, a landscape architecture office and an artist's studio.The Heinrichs restaurant on the estate is known for its fine cuisine, which offers daily changing dishes made from regional and fresh products. In addition, there is the office of Bimberg Landschaftsarchitekten on the site, which has existed since 1986 and is one of the renowned landscape architecture offices in Germany. The estate also houses a studio of the sculptor and stonemason Hennik Gausling.The Lenninghausen estate is not only a historical property, but also a lively place that combines art, cuisine and craftsmanship.
