Lillkyrka Church is built of stone with whitewashed facades under a gabled roof - consists of a rectangular nave with straight ridge cowls, a sacristy to the north and a coat of arms to the west. In the north, the chancel is narrower than the nave, while in the south, the chancel wall runs lively with the nave. The tower is located above the western part of the church. Entrance via the red-painted armory in the west. The building is surrounded by a small walled cemetery with an adjacent memorial grove.

Two church bells hang in the church tower. The large bell was cast by Elias Annell in Norrköping in 1796 and recast by Bergholtz Bell Foundry in 1958. Lillklockan was cast by Anders Billsten in 1783.
